1. Festival Overview
El Grito Chicago is a live, in-person festival held in Chicago on September 13–14, 2025. This event features music, food, vendors, cultural performances, and more.
2. Ticket Sales
Tickets for El Grito Chicago are available for purchase through our authorized ticketing partner, Ticketsignup.io. All ticket transactions, including purchases, refunds (if applicable), and customer support related to tickets are managed through Ticketsignup.io and are subject to their terms and policies.
3. Entry & Admission
A valid ticket is required for entry to the festival.
All tickets will be scanned at the gate. Please bring either a printed copy or a digital version on your mobile device.
Festival organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person for disruptive behavior, violation of event policies, or safety concerns.
4. Changes & Cancellations
El Grito Chicago reserves the right to make changes to the festival lineup, schedule, or location at any time without prior notice.
In the case of cancellation due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, refund policies will follow the guidelines set by Ticketsignup.io.
5. Health & Safety
By attending El Grito Chicago, you acknowledge and accept any health and safety risks associated with public gatherings. We encourage all guests to follow public health guidelines and any event-specific safety measures that may be implemented.
6. Code of Conduct
All festival attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior toward other attendees, staff, or performers will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
7. Photography & Media
By entering the festival grounds, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used by El Grito Chicago for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and advertising.
8. Vendors & Third Parties
Vendors and third parties operating at the festival are responsible for their own products and services. El Grito Chicago is not liable for any interactions, transactions, or disputes involving festival vendors or sponsors.
9. Liability
Attendees assume all risks and danger incidental to the festival and release El Grito Chicago, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims of liability resulting from personal injury, loss, or damage occurring before, during, or after the event.
