Yes. All ticket buyers will receive a full refund (100%) to their original payment method.
How long will refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days, depending on your bank. If you don’t see it after that window, please check your account and reach out to See Tickets Customer Support for assistance. You can submit a request here
Do I need to do anything to get my refund?
No. If your purchase was made through the official website or via TicketSignup, your refund will be processed automatically.
What if I won tickets in a giveaway?
Those tickets will roll over and be honored at the next El Grito Chicago
