Viva México! El Grito Chicago, a vibrant celebration of Mexican Independence Day, returns to Grant Park in downtown Chicago on Saturday, September 13th to Sunday, September 14th, 2025. This event continues to highlight the strength and pride of the city’s thriving Mexican community, bringing the heart of Mexico to downtown Chicago.

El Grito Chicago 2025 is a celebration of Mexican history, culture, and gastronomy. The festival will feature captivating performances by national and local talents, including Mariachis and ballet folclórico on the Petrillo Bandshell.
